As a foreigner, this can be a scary process, and difficult negotiating the all involved, including Polish bureaucracy, banking processes and all of the other details critical to such an important event. Adrian was great, was in constant communication, dealt with the problems I faced and ensured everything happened as smoothly as possible. After moving in we found a problem with a pipe and the agency sent a handyman to solve this situation the next day, preliminary agreed with us time slot. Special thanks to Krzysztof who lead our partnership. We didn't know that we should completely empty apartment before conducting takeover protocol (it was our first time rent) and Krzysztof patiently waited while we were dealing with our belongings.
